Secretary Jobs Responsibilities:

  1. Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
  2. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  3. Typing, preparing, and collating reports
  4. filing
  5. Managing databases
  6. Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  7. Prioritizing workloads
  8. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  9. liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  10. Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  11. Logging or processing bills or expenses
  12. Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  13. If more senior, recruiting, training, and supervising junior staff.

Required: Part time Secretary for a medical
Location: Ras Al Khaimah.
Typing: Excellent typing skills needed.
