Registered Nurse:

A registered nurse (RN) is a highly skilled professional who provides care for patients in hospitals, clinics, and other health care settings. RNs typically have a degree in nursing and several years of experience working in the medical field. They must pass a certification exam to be a RN.

Licensed Practical Nurse:

LPNs help provide basic patient care by performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and walking patients. They may also provide basicMedications and treatments. LPNs typically have two years of experience as an aide or another related position before they can apply to become an LPN.

They perform tasks such as wound cleaning, giving injections and drawing blood, preparing medications, and assisting with surgeries. CNAs typically have one year of experience as an aide or another related position before they can apply to become a CNA.

Nursing supervisors

Nursing supervisors are responsible for directing and supervising nursing staff in the provision of quality patient care. They ensure that patients receive high-quality nursing care while under their watch, and take measures to ensure safe and effective patient care. Nursing supervisors also ensure that nurses are following protocols and providing the best possible care for their patients.

An RN’s typical day varies depending on a number of factors, including the location they work in, both geographically and in terms of the type of facility; the size of the staff and nursing team; and the population they serve.
