IT Support Specialist Job

We are looking for a highly capable freelance IT support specialist to provide technical assistance on-demand bases.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies.
• Enhancing system performance.

• Ensuring that all windows & IOS systems run efficiently.

• set up Family Sharing on my iPhone or iPad?
• Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
• Updating computer software and upgrading hardware and systems including software and appS installation.
• Maintaining databases and ensuring system security. Install, maintain and monitor various IT security systems including virus/malware protection.
• Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
• Expert in the latest technological advancements and trends in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of windows operating system, Ms. Office, and iOS.
• Expert in configuring multiple outlook and Gmail accounts.

• Troubleshooting and resolving user issues with Single Sign-On

• Configures applications, system software, and hardware.
• Diagnoses and resolves day-to-day equipment and network operation issues.

• Encryption, firewall, and Data Loss Prevention
