Job Requirements:
• Computer literate
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and effectively manages time.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Skillful phone contact management and attentive listening
• Excellent verbal and written communications abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of administrative role.
• Capable to work unsupervised and independently.
• Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software as required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Client coordination with their query through phone calls or email.
• Provide professional customer service to clients.
• Manage the maintenance of files both electronic and physical copies in accordance with departmental and compliance requirements.
• Compiling documents and maintaining client information databases.
• Scan and photocopy documents.
