Liaise closely with the relevant Workpack engineers for timely formulation/Issuance of progressive work-packs
Implement and maintain a philosophy of continuous improvement for both quality and ‘Cost’ improvement
Attend / chair – daily weekly meetings as required
Work with Projects and Contracts divisions to monitor any Variations to scope
Review with engineering for any areas of ‘cost-saving’ possibilities
Provide constructability input to designs
Coordinate with Lead Field Engineer on all aspects of ongoing workface activities
Identify and advise on Specialist Vendor Support, Tools and Equipment required to implement scope
Assist with construction input to ensure awareness and understanding of the various scopes of work
Working in a team environment
Involved in Effective Change Management
Liaise closely with Wood team In country
Assist in the coordination of required timely Constructability reviews, in line with Model progression
Drive through the required Constructability Readiness reviews for being addressed to suit the work-pack deliverable timing
Skills / Qualifications:
Hold a degree in discipline engineering or Diploma
Heavy Field Construction experience essential with 10+ years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industries
Likely to have held management / supervisory roles previously
High level working knowledge of construction activities in relation to the relevant Civil and Piping disciplines
Very strong background and involvement on major projects (complex) in the Oil and Gas industries
Must have held previous positions to match this requirement
Must have strong ‘Co-ordination’ experience across various disciplines
Strong leadership qualities required
