Key Result Responsibilities
- Co-creates and implements a group wide CRM strategy with other business Departments for the execution of affordable, revenue protecting customer complaint remedies and service recovery actions.
- Work cross functionally with other business units to implement projects and activities that will increase customer satisfaction, such as sales, ground operations, contact centres, customer experience, ancillary services, etc.implements established policies and procedures across the organisation for handlingcustomer communications, requests for ticket refunds, modifications, waivers, and other related concerns.
- Develops, manages, and keeps strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, offering knowledgeable guidance to achieve desired objectives and business benefits.
- Provides leadership and guidance to the Customer Relations teams in each Hub so that they can address customer concerns at all points in the customer experience and return valuable business insights.
- Group-wide reports, customer-centric data, and trend analysis are combined and analysed. Management is advised of ways and means to address service weaknesses and increase customer satisfaction.
- Creates and completes projects that contribute to real-world results.oversees and makes sure that customer relationship functions across the Group reach operationally linked KPIs. For instance, service recovery costs and average response times.
- Identify the IT infrastructure that can allow smooth interaction, service delivery, and recovery at each customer touchpoint by working closely with the IT team to specify requirements.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Communication or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Capable of using CRM systems and tools; proficient in Microsoft Office
